Campoli Custom Builds Inc. ("Campoli," "we," "us") is a custom home building and renovation company based in Barrie, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to campolicustombuilds.com and to the landing pages, forms, and quizzes we operate on our behalf in connection with our advertising, wherever they are hosted.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other Canadian privacy laws that apply to us.

1. Information you give us

When you fill out a form, quiz, or request on our website or landing pages, or contact us directly, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Information about your project, such as the type of work you are considering, your budget range, your timeline, whether you own the property, and your general area
• Anything else you choose to include in a message to us

You are never required to provide this information, but we cannot respond to a request or prepare a quote without it.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or landing pages, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size
• Pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scrolling, and similar usage activity
• IP address and approximate (city-level) location
• Cookie identifiers and advertising click identifiers (for example, the identifier added to a link when you arrive from an ad)

This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See sections 4 and 5 for the specific tools we use and your choices.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and contact you about your project by phone, email, or text message
• Prepare quotes and provide our services
• Send you communications you have consented to receive
• Measure and improve our advertising, so we can tell which ads lead to real inquiries
• Understand how visitors use our pages, so we can improve them
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Advertising and measurement (Meta)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. To measure whether our ads work, our pages use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. These tools collect information such as the pages you visit, the actions you take on our forms, cookie identifiers, and, when you submit a form, a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address or phone number used only to match the inquiry to an ad. Meta processes this information under its own policies.

Your choices: you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can learn more about interest-based advertising and opt-outs at youradchoices.ca. You can also block cookies in your browser, described in section 8.

5. Website analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages. Clarity records usage data such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page interactions, and may reproduce a session as a replay. We use this to see where our pages are confusing or broken. Keyboard input into sensitive fields is masked by default. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. For more information, visit clarity.microsoft.com.

6. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent to be contacted, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, your quote, or your project, and, only where you have agreed, occasional messages about our services.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

7. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, our customer relationship management and scheduling systems, communications delivery, and the advertising and analytics providers described above. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business transfer: if our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

8. Cookies and your choices

You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when a site sets one. If you block cookies, our pages will still work, but advertising measurement and some features may not. The opt-out choices for Meta advertising are described in section 4.

9. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to serve you, operate the business, and meet legal record-keeping obligations, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, described in section 11.

10. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information, subject to legal and contractual limits
• Ask us to delete your information

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

12. Children

Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
